These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Doradohosting regarding your use of our website and hosting services. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location, to purchase our services.

Doradohosting provides shared web hosting. The resources, limits and prices of each plan are described on our Pricing page, which forms part of these terms.

We may improve, modify or update our services and website from time to time.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Starter plan costs $0.99 for the first 30 days and $1.99 per month afterwards. The Business plan costs $1.99 for the first 30 days and $2.99 per month afterwards.

Introductory prices apply to the first 30 days of a new order only. After that, your plan renews at the standard monthly price shown on our Pricing page until it is cancelled.

All prices are listed in US dollars and may exclude taxes, fees or currency conversion charges that apply in your location.

We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout, which may include cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, Google Pay and Apple Pay. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or terminate the related services.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.

All plans run on shared infrastructure. Bandwidth is shared and unmetered, which means we do not charge for traffic volume, but it remains subject to fair use. You must also respect the CPU, RAM, storage, domain and email limits of your plan.

If your usage threatens the stability or performance of our platform or of other customers, we may limit your resources, ask you to reduce your usage, require you to upgrade, or suspend the affected account.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at all times. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you host with us and you are solely responsible for it, including its legality and your right to publish it.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We do not guarantee that data can be recovered after deletion, suspension, termination or a technical failure.

We work to keep our services available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, network issues, third-party failures and events beyond our control may cause downtime.

You may cancel your services at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate your services immediately, with or without notice and without refund, if you breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay, or if required by law or by a legitimate abuse complaint.

After termination, your data may be permanently deleted.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is available on this website.

Our services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doradohosting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services during the month in which the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Doradohosting harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your content, your use of the services or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
