This policy keeps Doradohosting safe, stable and fair for every customer. It applies to all websites, files, email and activity on our services.
1 General Rule
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for everything hosted on or sent from your account.
2 Prohibited Content and Activity
The following are not allowed on our services:
- Illegal content or activity of any kind, including content that exploits or endangers children.
- Phishing, scams, fraud and impersonation.
- Malware, viruses, ransomware and any software designed to harm devices or steal data.
- Spam, bulk unsolicited email and the sending of deceptive messages.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
- Hacking tools, port scanning, denial of service attacks and attempts to access systems without permission.
- Harassment, threats and content that promotes violence or hatred.
3 Resource Usage
Our plans run on shared infrastructure. You must not use excessive CPU, memory, storage or processes that degrade the performance of the platform or of other customers. Cryptocurrency mining, long-running background processes and similar high-load activity are not permitted.
4 Email Usage
Email accounts must be used for legitimate communication only. Mass mailing, sending spam and abusing mailboxes for bulk delivery are prohibited.
5 Enforcement
If we find or suspect a violation of this policy, we may remove content, limit resources, suspend or terminate the account, and report illegal activity to the relevant authorities. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
6 Reporting Abuse
